Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Directions: Cover 1/4 cup dehydrated sweet potatoes with 3/4 cup water to reconstitute. Simmer, cooking until tender. After reconstituted may add into casseroles or pan fry. Should be refrigerated after reconstituted if not cooked immediately. May add dry into soups and stews allowing for extra liquid.
